The Day to day Management of the Hospital is headed

The Chief Medical Director (CMD); who is the Chief Executive of the Institution, and assisted by two statutory officers namely;

1. The Chairman Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC), who heads the directorate of Clinical Services, Training & Research.
2. The Director of Administration (DA), who heads the Administration and services  departments.

The Management achieves efficiency through a system of Committee systems including the
